My 1993 Pontiac Sunbird v-6, 3.1L, runs normally with no check engine light when cold and all winter in PA. As weather warms, car will not restart after stopping. Will sputter like no fuel and die; allow to cool 20-30 minutes and it will start and run normal

When this happens you need to check fuel pressure and spark quality. First do the test when cold so you can compare.
