Hard start when its cold

I have problems with a 1993 ford pu/4.0v6 /w/autotrans&ac1 hard cold start only hits off of ether (fouls out plugs) if driven stumble idle, will not communicate w/scanners otc genesis/3.0 scannerit has spark from all cyl on coil pack/new plugs

will not communicate with otc genesis scanners 3.0
getting spark from all cyl on coil pack
ihave new plugs, new fuel filter, /air filter
injectors are firing
no vaccum leaks found
