problem with tires not wanting to move while turning

i had 2 new tires put on then acouple hours later when i was pulling into my driveway once i turned my wheel about halfway it feels like my tires are wanting to lock up they dont wanna keep rolling and my break light is on i thought it was the calipers so i replaced them and its still doing it and i did blead the brakes

Which brake light? The rear ones? The red warning light on the dash? The yellow ABS warning light? What made you think the calipers were the problem?

Jack up one wheel at a time and check the clearence of the tire to the frame. Especially if the tires are bigger than original.
