You know we can't tell that over a computer. How fast is the oil leaking? Is it leaving a puddle where you park or is it just a little damp? How is the oil level? Hydraulic lifters DO pump up with oil to take up any clearance in the valve train. If they fail to do that, you'll hear a light clicking near the top of the engine. By the time that happens there will be a lot more damage done to the bearings and other parts related to poor lubrication. Clean oil under pressure is as critical to engine survival as blood is to people.
