What makes my light blink constantly in d4 while driving and will not stop. When I go to pull off it will not stop blinking. If it has something to do with a sensor please tell me which sensor it may be. This is a honda accord lx 1992

An error has been detected in the transmission control system and you need to retrieve the trouble codes to know what is causing it. The following link explains how to retrieve for trouble codes.

When the SCS is shorted (a paper clip would do nicely), apart from the CEL,whici is used for engine diagnostics, the D4 light would blink the codes for transmission faults.

Let me know what you find.
