I have a 1992 Ford Explorer, the radiator water ran out really fast from underneath the vehicle like from the intake manifold area, and when I squeezed the radiator top hose you could hear a squashing noise come from the head gasket area.

Dry everything off, refill the radiator, and see where the leak is coming from. It could be a hose, intake gasket or headgasket. That needs to be determined before any repairs can be done.
