1995 Ford Explorer hoses

My heat is some what warm but I noticed one of my rad hoses has a flat spot in it could this be why I don't have warmer air and also I have to fill my rad every couples of days I have no leaks can u tell me where my anti freeze is going or is this because of the flat spot in the hose

Is the radiator hose completely flat? Does the engine overheat? Have you noticed any coolant on the ground where you park? Have you checked the motor oil to make sure there is no coolant getting into the oil?

The hose is completely flat in the middle even when the engine is running and it does not over heat and there is not anti freeze in my oil but my tempeture gage does not seem to move at all I do have some heat but not hot like it should its luke warm and I don't have any leaks any where at all
