I have a 1992 Cadillac DeVille that won't start sometimes. The lights come on, but nothing happens. It hasn't started for the last 4 days, and I checked the battery cables and fuses and they are all good, as is the battery. Tonight I put the car in neutral and moved it back a couple of feet, then put it back in park. I then tried to start it, and it started fine. Could this be a bad starter?

Yes. It sounds like that is the failure.
