If cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, check for proper fuel pressure and injector pulse, engine cranking. First, I want to know if rpm signal with engine cranking. Go from there.
Your 0bd1, you should be able to check some applicable trouble codes. To check codes, you use a jumper wire at the A & B terminals at the datalink connector, Turn key just till dash lites come on, no further. Then the mil on the lamp starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes.
