When you have a no start, don't throw parts at it. That cost too much.
First, check to see if you have spark at the plugs. If not, check for voltage signal at the coil power connectors. If the coil is getting a signal to fire, but it isn't, then the coil is bad.
If you are getting spark, then next check to see if you're getting fuel. Begin with a pressure check. If no, then replace pump. If yes, then check filter, regulator and finally injectors for firing. You check injectors by listening to them with an automotive stethoscope. You'll hear a clicking while the engine is cranking. If not, then you check wires/connectors and computer/sensors.
If you have spark and fuel, then you check that you have compression in the cylinders and that the timing chain hasn't failed.
