Truck keeps over heating. Has a new water pump, thermostat and radiator cap. Wont even let me bleed the air out of the system. Im convinced its the head gaskets. I dont have the money to do them. Is there any way I can prolong doing them for a few months? A friend suggested taking out the thermostat so it will run cooler and not over heat as fast.

Have a pro pressure check coolant system for an internal leak like a head gasket, 4.3l used to leak outside in rear. Also check radiator for cold spots if any cold spots rad is shot
