2003 Chevrolet Silverado Bolt head

The head of the bolt on the torsion bar snapped off. Bolt is still threaded in so is it safe to drive truck like this.

It shouldn't be an issue to continue to drive the truck. If my memory serves me right there is no retainer or anything preventing the bolt from spinning just the pressure from the weight of the truck and the torsion bar.
