Car won't start

I have a 1989 chevy celebrity 2.8 v6 it is getting compression, spark and fuel but will not start it will turn over

Can u check timing with a regular timing light and when starter fluid is sprayed in it will start

No, you can't check timing with a timing light. It can't change anyway.

Test for injector pulse using a noid light. If none found, check for power on one side of the injector with the key on.

We did the noid light and when one injector is unplugged the car will start but when we unplug another one it won't start what should we check

If there is one particular injector that lets the car start when it's unplugged, then that injector is shorted and will have to be replaced.
