When I flickon my bright lights it turns off my headlights and the other day I sa my bright light icon pop up on my dashboard so I flicked my lights to see if they were actually working now my lights won't com on at all. I had to have blew a fuse which one should I check and where is the fuse box located???

Check for a bad fuse both under the dash and under the hood in the fuse boxes. If they are all good, I would suggest that the switch itself is the problem.
