Check the fuel pressure if its within specs-to rule out the fuel pump

I can hear pump turning on when I turn key, was wondering if it could be the ignition mod. Would it start at all even with start fluid if mod was bad?

Its very obvious the ignition system is working-again check fuel pressure with a gauge and also check if the injectors are pulsing
