The ecm for some reason wont tell my injectors to fire when I try to start my car. I replaced the ecm and I'm still having the same problem. Also at higher rpm the engine will cut out and if I hold the gas it will stall and die.

Thought about that but it doesn't do it on cold start. Once the engine warms up and I shut it off that is when I have the starting problem.

Check the individual injector resistances, I would expect you to see around 13-15ohms or slightly higher. If you find one or more that is significantly lower, you have shorted injectors. The resulting increase in current flow, is shutting down the injector driver in the ECM.
