1987 crown vic headlights won't turn on and heat doesn't blow air out vents. Checked fuses all are good

Check the headlight switch to make sure it is good. Also, if the air flow won't change directions, check under the dash for vacuum leaks to the HVAC system. If you are lucky, you will hear a hissing sound where the leak is with the engine running. Make sure not to run the engine in a closed area.
