my hot air doesnt blow in my car. It blows air but doesn't blow hot air. I also heard a ticking sound in the dash board. Im trying to find out what i need to do. Is it my thermostat are what?

Sounds like the blend door actuator...on the control panel, press floo and off at the same time, then within 2 seconds press auto, record the codes, I think you will get a 25!
