Heater switch won't contril temp. So it stays on low. Check blower fan don't know if resistor or relay or switch. How do you tell if heayer switch is bad. I don't have money to replace parts or take to garage. Please help!!

go to resistor it may be by blower and turn to different settings using a stest light probe each wire to seeif power if there is then the resistor mayb e bad as well as blower relay. relay usually controls high speed
