When my automatic transmission warms up and the fluid gets running temp it doesnt want to shift up.I have to either rev it way up and then it clunks hard when it shifts or change it from drive to nuetral and back to drive real quick and then it will shift. But when its cold it shifts good theres nothing internaly wrong with it. Whats up?

This could be a govenor if it is a350 trans. It could also be a leaking vacuum hosegoingto the modulator. But this could be a 200 thm or 700R4 trans which can be also in thisvehicle. Have a trans guy check this out.
