Why does my car exhaust blow out black liquid.

Why does my car exhaust blow out black liquid and carbon only in cold weather starting? It leave a big black spot on the pavement behind the car.

Carb running very rich. Water is condensation from the weather.

It is a computer controlled carb. Nothing you can do. Need a shop with scan tool to adjust properly
