Chrysler Town and Country Brake Pedal Spongy

I Replaced My Pads And Rotors, Removed Only The Master Cylinder Cap (no Bleeder Valves Opened) And I Can Not Get A Firm Pedal.

Replaced Pads, Rotors Surprisingly Pristine, Pads Little Snug On Rotor. No Problems,for About Three Thousand Miles, Took A Forty Mile Back...

When I Step On The Pedal It Goes To The Floor But It Does Stop. I Just Half To Push On A Little Harder.
