2006 Chrysler Town and Country soft pedal

I replaced my pads and rotors, removed only the master cylinder cap (no bleeder valves opened) and I can not get a firm pedal.

HI there,

make sure that the pads are seated in the slides correctly as if not they may give you a odd feeling pedal, if ok, clamp off the 3 brake hoses and see if the pedal is hard and high, if so the problem is down stream if not check the master cylinder. I would suspect there is air in the lines. These guides can help you fix it.
