When I Push The A/c Button It Makes A Sound Like Something Tries To Open But Doesn't. The Green Light On Button Comes On But No A/c.

We Just Replaced The Ecm/anti-theft On Our Car And Everything Is Working With The Exception Of The A/c Cooling. It Blows Out Very Hot Air...
