HEATER NOT WORKING

Having Trouble With Heater Only Blows Warm Air Out Of Passenger Side Defroster Cold On Drivers Side Also Cold Through Floor Vent.

Heater Not Working Blows Cold Air, Sometimes Hot For A Few Mins. Water Level Are Ok. The Pipes Are Hot To And From Heater Rad.
