I have replaced battery, alternator, spark plugs, all fluids, and she revs up on her own then cuts off if I'm at a stop light, after driving for a while and I turn it off it takes 20-30min before she starts up. A retired mechanic told me my engine could be flooding but he wasn't sure. If you could help me out with an answer id surely appreciate it thanks.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure when the vehicle doesn't start? Have you checked the idle air control valve? Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

Check the pressure to make sure it is within the manufacturer's specs. Also, if it is flooding (Fuel Mixture too rich) you should see black smoke from the exhaust. Is there any smoke?

With the engine at an idle, it should be between 44 psi and 54 psi. Do you need directions as to how it is checked?

The first one is directions. The second one is a video.
