Hi, I have a 4th gen Camaro, it starts from cold and runs fine but once it is up to temperature (i.E. Driven for more than ten minutes), if I turn it off it won't start again until cold.
Could this be a problem with the crank position sensor or has anyone had this problem before?
Thanks

Good morning,
When it will not start, does the tachometer move up a little while cranking? That will tell us if the crank sensor is sending a signal.
You need to check the fuel pressure when it will not start.

Hi, thank you.
It has had a compression test done (does that check fuel pressure?), Also has been checked for air leaks and has had new spark plugs, HT leads and MAF/MAP sensor.
Someone mentioned checking a grounding cable from the block frame and heat shield on the starter?

No, a compression test is totally different.
I doubt a bad ground. You would have many other issues.

Thank you. I am struggling to find a replacement crank position sensor and my garage says they can't source one either. Would you have any idea where I can order a replacement that will deliver to the UK?
Thanks again
