No start after getting fuel. Purge issue?

Evaporative Emission (EVAP) System Flow During Non-Purge
You might not be getting fuel, that's why it does not start.

From what you are describing you might have gotten poor quality fuel. Many cases poor fuel quality requires all the fuel to be drained and purge the system before being able to fix the vehicle.
I have attached a basic diagnostics of poor fuel quality.
