Will not Crank Over

My car has been struggling to start for the last week or two. I replaced the battery three weeks ago. Last night it would not start on its own nor would it start with a jump. I left it alone for a couple hours and it started, with a struggle. It does not make any noises, it just struggles, or now sometimes does not start. Suggestions? I am thinking starter, but not positive.

If you could take a quick video of what the car is doing I could tell you right away what is wrong with the car because it sounds like the battery is weak or the starter is bad. I can tell which if I can hear the problem.
