Code p0133, will not start, idling fine shut off about an hour or 2 later?

So, i changed the water pump and it was going bad and the timing cover gasket because it was leaking coolant from the top left. after the job was complete no leaks. So, i start the car and it was idling fine shut off about an hour or 2 later i went to go somewhere i got a mile 2 miles down the road and the car lost power then shut off and now i can't get it to start. it will turn over but start up. i put a code reader on it and it said p0133 which is a o2 sensor but i don't know where to go from here because i would think it would stall the car and shut it off then no longer want to start up.

This code will not make the engine stop running.

The P0133 code on your 2007 Ford Taurus indicates an issue with the Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1, Sensor 1).

Will the engine run on starting fluid? Do you have spark to the ignition? Please go over this video and get back to me.
