Will not start after the car sat for a few months and drained the battery?

I went to go start my car after letting it sit for a few months and the battery was dead. I went and got a brand-new battery and put it in power to everything, but it won’t even turn over. I’ve done all the receipts for the keys and all that stuff right the only other thing new is below the shifter is a red light and it’s on.

It sounds like the starter is no good or the engine locked up, but we should check all fuses first. this guide can help:

You think that someone said it may be in an anti-theft mode everything ran great until the battery went it don’t even make a clicking sound.
