Battery has full charge. When turn key at times get zero response, at times the engine will turn over. If it starts it runs rough for a second or two then shuts off. May or may not try to start at the next attempt.

You may have two different things going on, but first I would see if we can retrieve any trouble codes in the power train control module. This will give us a direction to diagnose your concern.

The actual codes retrieved are what will give us a direction because there are dozens of scenarios that could be possible.
