Will not start

First of all it has been running rough if you push throttle not even half way down it stalls. But I went out to start it today and it cranks over but will not start. But you can tell it wants to start. I need help. Already changed gas tank because the top of it was rusted out. And it ran good for a while and then it does this again.

It sounds like the fuel pump is bad can you run this test and get back to me?

The fuel pump comes on when key turns on it sounds strong I just replaced fuel pump less than 6 months ago. But now it won't start at all. Please advise. Thanks for your time

It sounds like you have a crankshaft angle sensor that is out but to be sure lets run the codes to see what comes up.
