I have a 1999 jeep grand cherokee laredo. I had to replace the nuetral safety switch and the pigtail harness and I still do not have reverse lights. I may have the wires wrong but do not know. The factor wires that ran to the old switch were white with a brown trace, brown with a black. Trace and black with a yellow trace. The new pigtail connector has black, violet, and yellow with brown. I don't know if the middle pin on the three pin nuetral safety switch is suppose to recieve power or not but I need to get this problem fixed. If you can tell me if the middle pin is suppose to recieve power when the key is on and the jeep is in reverse I would greatly appreciate it. Like if I knew what Wires go where I could finish up. Please respond as soon as you can. Thank you

The white with tan tracer provides power when tested while the key is turned on and the jeep is put in reverse. Does that wire go to the center pin of the actual nuetral safety switch. I'll provide images of both parts and maybe you can tell me which factory wire goes where. If the link works to let me add a image that is. But if you can send me a personal email to Irishkid82@gmail. Com I can send the images and you can help Decifer the wiring. Sorry I'm a disabled person and am trying to do this on my own because I cannot afford a shop.

That image is very self explanatory. The wt/tn wire is 12v ignition feed and goes to pin #3, on the end.
