Reverse lights do not work

The reverse lights do not work in my vehicle. I have checked the fuses and bulbs, I do not think it is the neutral safety switch because the vehicle starts fine and shifts fine.

with the wheels blocked put the transmission in to reverse and turn key on see if wire marked is getting power, if not the switch is bad.
