Wipers not working

Wipers stopped working. When you turn them on all the do is wiggle up and down. Replaced motor and changed fuse under dash. Still doing the same thing. What else could it be?

Is it possible for you to upload a video so I can see what is happening? To be honest, if you replaced the motor and it is getting power (12 volts), you may have a ground issue.

Check to see if there is 12 volts going to the motor. Also, make sure the ground is good or even make a new one.
