Wiper install issue

This question was answered, but when I attempted to read the answer, it came up saying the page was not found. I was asking if there is a reason when I install my replacement wiper blades, that they won't lock into place? (They just slide in and out of the hook).

Hi,

Sorry that happened. I am not sure what the last answer was but usually when this happens the blade is in backwards. Here is a video that shows how to install it and this guy actually does the same thing. He tries to get it in and it does not click. He flips it around and it clicks.

Please tell me if you still have issues and we can try something else. Maybe if you take a video of what is happening and I can see what we are dealing with. Thanks
