Windshield wipers not working

Fuse keep blowing.
With new one soon as I replace and turn on the car.

If the fuse fails, does it happen only when the wipers are turned on or with the wipers off and as soon as you turn the key on?

If it fails as soon as the wipers are turned on, try disconnecting the wiper motor under the cowl (bottom of windshield) to see if it still blows the fuse. If it doesn't the short is in the motor.

Let me know what happens. Also, let me know what amp fuse you are using.
