1999 Saturn SL1 Windshield wipers

Windshield wipers will not stop in any position, once turned on, until the engine is turned off. What do I do?

Theres the information you will need to test if its the switch wiper module or wires.You will need a multimeter that does ohms to test everything.Let me know what you find my guess is the wiper module aka the wiper motor.
