Hi,
Power from the wiper switch is provided by the ignition switch. From there, it simply is sent to the wiper motor. Here is what I need you to check:
With the key in the run position, turn the wipers on low speed. Locate the brown wire with a yellow tracer and check if it has power. Next, turn the switch on high speed and check the gray wire at the wiper motor for power.
If there is power on both, then we need to confirm there is a ground to complete the circuit. The ground is provided via where the motor is mounted to the body. Make sure where it is attached isn't corroded and everything is tight.
If there is power and ground and the connector at the motor isn't damaged, it's likely the motor is bad.
