wiper blades started only running at the fast speed?

Recently my wiper blades started only running at the fast speed. Then when I go to shut them off. They stop as soon as I turn the switch. Usually it stops at the bottom of the windshield from where they started. Is my motor going bad?

have it scanned for codes it may be the integrated power module or the multi function switch as well as the motor

I agree with HMAC300, it sounds like the TIPM is out which is common but easy to replace because it self learns. Here is how to do the job and the wiper wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the images (below).
