Will vehicle pass inspection with vacuum leak

I am not familiar with New York's inspections, but I am assuming you have an emissions inspection. If the service engine/check engine light is on, then it probably will not pass. If you do have just a vacuum leak, often times they are pretty easy to fix in your own driveway.
