I put in a new battery and new starter and will not crank. However the car has been idle for about 5 months. Prior to that it was turning on.

If the engine is not cranking then we need to track voltage through the system. Go to the starter and measure voltage on the black/gray wire and then the White wire as well. Let me know what each is and we can go from there.

You should have 12 volts on both wires when cranking the engine. The Blk/gry wire should be 12 volts all the time. The other is when you crank the engine.

We could have a fuse issue or relay issue. This will tell us which way to go so let me know what you find. Thanks.
