Hi,
If you lost spark and fuel, I need you to check the automatic shutdown relay (ASD). It is in the power distribution box under the hood. See pic 1.
Remove the relay and inspect where it makes connection in the box. Make sure there is no corrosion or pushed in pins. If there is another relay in the box with the same part number, switch them to see if it makes a difference. If there isn't, here is a link that explains how to test a relay:

As far as the other concerns, I have to tell you the vehicle has what is called a totally integrated power module (TIPM). They are known to have issues with the connectors because there are so many small pins in each. They corrode and break causing power issues.
