Why does A/C blow hot

On really hot days the A/C initially blows cold but then eventually warm air blows. The A/C clutch then engages and disengages constantly intermittently. The dealer has recharged the system and introduced date into the system. According to dealer no leaks and all components are working. I tried to spin clutch with the car off and it was very hard to spin. Appreciate any help. Thank you!

Good morning.

We need the readings on the low and high sides while the AC is operating to see if the pressures are correct. If you do not have gauges for this, you can rent a set at a parts store.

It could be low in Freon.
