White smoke when i start the engine and when turning off.

Good evening,

White smoke is an indication of a coolant burning in a cylinder. this is usually a result of a failed head gasket leaking coolant into a cylinder.

You will need to have a shop check out the engine for a failed head gasket. they need to do a leak down test on each cylinder to see if a gasket has failed.
