Before I changed my water pump and clutch fan my vehicle didn't smoke. After I changed that stuff vehicle started blowing white smoke and it smells like antifreeze. Started driving it smoke disappears. When I am driving and builds up at stand still.

Hello,

White smoke that has a sweet antifreeze smell to it is usually an indication that you are having coolant introduced into your engine's combustion chamber(s). This could be due to a few different things, but it is usually a blown head gasket. It can also be due to a cracked cylinder head or a cracked engine block. I have included a few links below for you to go to.

Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
