Supposedly, my car is supposed to have a flasher relay. However, it seems that there's no clear answer as to where in my vehicle it is. I've replaced all flasher bulbs with LEDs, I've bought what should be the correct flasher relay (EP34) and cannot find where it is.

It's behind the dash on the left side. To get to it you need to remove the trim panel under the steering column. Then behind it you will see the crash pad panel, which comes off. The flasher will be behind it bolted to the panel. It is an electronic flasher so I'm not sure changing it will help but it might. The OE one flashes once or twice a second.
