How can I open the front turn signal light assembly?

open the hood, and there should be a screw on top of the headlight fixture towrds the back right, unscrew this screw (its a philips head) and the turn signal lens should slide straight out, then the bulb unit will come out if you twist it. the bulb should come straight out if you pull on it.........good luck
