Hi,
If this is the 3.6L V6, it is on the back side of the engine close to where the transmission bolts to the engine block. I attached a pic below showing it. (Pic 1) You will have to remove the heatshield on the exhaust manifold to replace it.
As far as replacement, the remaining pics are the directions specific to this vehicle.
Tip when removing and replacing: Once the bolt has been removed, gently wiggle, and twist the sensor back and forth to remove it. It is plastic and can break. Before installing the new one, make sure the surface is clean and rust free. Also, lubricate the rubber O-ring on the new sensor with motor oil before installing it.
